- Lead and inspire the team to meet company performance standards, enhancing fast and friendly customer service.
- Develop a trusting atmosphere, coach staff and manage performance per company policy.
- Recruit, hire, train and retain high‑quality team members, fostering a respectful, recognized culture.
- Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, creatively solving problems.
- Achieve financial objectives through effective people, product, service and facility management.
- Oversee payroll, accounting, inventory and personnel documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Adhere to safety standards and operating guidelines, maintaining vendor relationships.
- Hamlet competitive practices, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Assume duties consumed any hourly associate position as necessary.
- A servant leader who sets the example while working alongside team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma (or GED) required;
Associate’s Pedido or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3+ years of supervisory experience in a convenience store, truck service, travel center or related business.
- Proficient planning and analytical skills—understanding P&L, coverage ratio, budget and expense reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; operational understanding of POS software.
