Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Champions Square, and Shrine on Airline.

• Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors to determine needs for the facility and maintenance personnel.
• Train housekeeping staff and keep up‑to‑date with industry seminars, etc.
• Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness inside and outside.
• Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Mercedes‑Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event.
• Serve as manager when needed.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding disciplinary actions.
• Enforce all policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Knowledge of staffing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for planning coverage around events.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of management principles and procedures related to personnel deployment and utilization.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, employees must regularly move around the facility; stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
