You’ll take personal ownership of complex commercial projects from buyout through closeout. This isn’t about coordinating others’ work – it’s about being the guardian of quality, driver of schedules, and solver of complex challenges on architecturally significant projects.

• Drive all aspects of project delivery including buyout, scheduling, cost control, and quality management
• Lead weekly OAC meetings that produce decisions, not just discussions
• Conduct pre‑installation meetings to ensure quality before work begins
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a focus on constructability
• Build and maintain trust and strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Ensure projects hit schedule milestones and budget targets without compromise to quality
• Communicate proactively so that project status is always clear
• Develop your team and trade partners to deliver at the highest level
• Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs with an eye for constructability and coordination
• Identify and resolve conflicts before they impact the field
• Provide innovative solutions when site conditions or design challenges arise
• Develop and maintain schedules that reflect reality while pushing for efficiency
• Track costs with the same rigor you’d apply to your own money

• 3‑5+ years Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
• Deep technical construction knowledge, not just scheduling skills
• Natural owner mentality—you care without being told to
