Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial / Facilities Cleaner
.

• Perform daily cleaning of warehouse floors, production areas, assembly lines, storage zones, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas using sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and industrial floor scrubbers as needed.
• Collect, empty, and properly dispose of trash, recycling, debris, packaging waste, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety and disposal protocols.
• Dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces, equipment, workstations, shelves, windows, mirrors, fixtures, office furniture, and computer peripherals.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing paper products and soap.
• Maintain cleanliness around loading docks, parking areas, exterior walkways, and facility grounds, including sweeping debris, pressure washing stains, and picking up litter.
• Water and care for indoor and outdoor plants and landscaping to maintain facility appearance.
• Spot-clean spills, remove packaging residues, and ensure production areas remain free of contaminants to support quality and compliance standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers, and perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting needed repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and hazardous material handling guidelines.
• Follow GMP-like cleanliness standards in production and packaging areas to prevent contamination.
• Assist with minor facility upkeep and special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns immediately to supervision.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, or warehouse cleaning experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, including safety and compliance procedures.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, safety practices, and light landscaping or plant care.
• Flexible availability, including day shifts and occasional weekend work.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying Louisiana weather conditions.
