This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist based in New Orleans, LA. The Cleaning Specialist will perform daily cleaning tasks such as maintaining cleanliness in commercial and residential spaces, window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and ensuring a sanitized and organized environment. Responsibilities include using appropriate cleaning tools and products, adhering to safety standards, and meeting the specific needs of clients.

Attention to quality and timeliness is essential in this role.

• Proficiency in Commercial Cleaning and Home/House Cleaning tasks.
• Experience with Window Cleaning and Carpet care is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet cleaning standards and deadlines.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products is a plus.
• Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting as required by cleaning duties.
• Prior experience in professional cleaning roles is advantageous but not required.
