Hotel Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities and equipment
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Organize maintenance supplies and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Remove and repair furniture as needed, including furniture removal and installation
• Address general repair tasks across the property, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, or a similar role
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Ability to perform deep cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
