Your Role on the Team
Tivoli Place is an affordable elderly property in New Orleans, LA. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming community for our residents. As a Custodian, you’ll take pride in maintaining common areas and community grounds, assisting with trash-outs of vacant units, buffing and waxing floors, and supporting light maintenance tasks that help keep the property running smoothly.
Who is our Ideal Candidate?
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Willing to jump in and help where needed
- Interested in learning and growing in property maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License required
