Legal Assistant – Wills – Successions – Estates

Our client is seeking an addition to their team with experience in Wills, Succession & Estates, who is also comfortable with stepping in to help with the litigation process. • Two plus years of legal experience in the law practice area of Wills, Successions & Estate Planning
• Litigation experience, including drafting petitions and preparing pleadings
• Familiarity with Clio billing software and Word Perfect
• Ability to execute edits in a prompt manner
• Top-notch organizational skills
• Prior redlining experience is a plus
• Deftly managing day-to-day communication with clients via phone and email
• Ability to be a comforting presence during initial client interviews
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
