The Role:

Regional IT Support

Reporting to the Vice President of IT Operations, this role provides essential technical support across multiple healthcare offices. You’ll be the go-to resource for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting while ensuring seamless technology operations that directly support patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for network devices, workstations, mobile devices, cameras, and peripherals
• Install and upgrade hardware/software at affiliate locations
• Diagnose and resolve Level I tickets (documenting all issues and resolutions)
• Support servers, network equipment, printers, email, and internet connectivity
• Deliver one-on-one end-user training (on-site and remote)
• Track and identify recurring issues and propose proactive solutions
• Manage IT inventory and assist with system testing
• Travel to regional offices (up to 50%) to ensure operational excellence

• IT studies or hands-on experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (supporting users at all levels)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel by car or plane
