Description
  • Provide remote and onsite Level 2/3 support for refinery systems, infrastructure, and end‑user technologies, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and support a wide range of technologies including workstations, networks, servers, mobile devices, and AV systems used across refinery operations.
  • Lead the OnSite Support (OSS) team, overseeing daily operations, workload management, and performance against established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate and manage third‑party vendors and contractors for installations, maintenance, repairs, and project‑based work within refinery facilities.
  • Support technology pilots, infrastructure upgrades, system rollouts, and service improvement initiatives as a technical escalation point.
  • Develop tools, scripts, documentation, and standardized procedures to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and technical response quality.
  • Mentor and guide technicians on troubleshooting best practices, policy compliance, and customer service standards.
  • Provide operational support during refinery turnarounds, special projects, and high‑impact maintenance events.
  • Contribute to large‑scale integration efforts, including onboarding new sites and users into enterprise environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and IT service teams to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garyville, LA. This is a fully onsite position in Garyville, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $38.46/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
