Business Systems Specialist

• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure efficient data conversion processes
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Engage with leadership for risk analysis and high-level strategy execution

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in system migrations/conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS Systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create documentation and training materials

• Leadership experience in general application administration and processes
• Knowledge of insurance and accounting operations
• Ability to break complex concepts into manageable instructions and clear communications
• Experience building and maintaining positive working relationships with various stakeholders
