Project Manager, Data Analyst, Data Science Manager

The Project Manager – Delivery leads end-to-end execution of AI data operations projects, ensuring delivery against quality, budget, and timeline commitments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong operational leadership and cross-functional coordination.

• Manage day-to-day execution of data annotation and content projects, ensuring alignment to scope, quality standards, timelines, and budget.
• Partner with Senior Project Managers on feasibility, resource planning, budgeting, and execution strategy.
• Translate client requirements into scalable delivery plans and drive successful implementation.
• Monitor production metrics, manage deadlines, and uphold high quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client communication protocols.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal inputs and scope assessment.
• Identify process improvements and support reporting automation.
• Provide performance feedback and assist in hiring efforts as needed.

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing IT services or AI data operations environment; experience leading annotation teams preferred.
• Experience in high-volume production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
