Job Description
- Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
- Laptop/desktop deployment, imaging, configuration using SCCM, Intune or equivalent tools
- Proficiency troubleshooting MS Office, O365 apps, Teams, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and end‑user applications
- VIP/Executive support with white‑glove service mindset
- Experience with device refresh cycles, data backup, and data migration (One Drive/SharePoint)
- Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, switches/patching)
- Hands‑on support for data center activities (rack & stack, cabling, asset movement)
- Experience updating & closing ITSM tickets with strong documentation discipline
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling skills
- Experience with SCCM task sequences, Intune, software deployment, and patching
- Knowledge of application packaging and enterprise imaging standards
- IT Service Management (INC, Change, PRB, Knowledge Management)
- Transition experience – Drafting Runbook & SOP’s
- Experience supporting hardware issues (Dell/ Surface Pro systems, docks, monitors, peripherals)

Base Salary Range : $50,000 to $60,000 Per Annum
