Key Responsibilities Design and enforce frameworks for demand management, intake, and prioritization of technology projects Lead the Technology Steering Committee process for a $500M+ portfolio of technology investments Monitor benefit realization and ensure investments deliver measurable value, reporting to executive leadership
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 10+ years in IT governance, PMO leadership, Strategic Vendor Partnership, Sourcing or enterprise strategy roles Expertise in portfolio management tools (e.g., Service Now) Strong understanding of ITIL or PMI frameworks 7 years of management experience
