A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Corporate.
Key Responsibilities Lead payments related transactions by drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements Support digital wallet and crypto initiatives through advisory and execution on related products and partnerships Navigate data ownership and governance issues in commercial deals while partnering with various business teams
Required Qualifications J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar 10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in fintech or financial services Significant experience with payment networks and processor partnerships
Experience with digital wallet products and familiarity with crypto and stablecoin topics Strong knowledge of data rights and governance in commercial agreements
