Job Title: Senior Service Desk System Administrator
Location: New Orleans, LA
Compensation: $70,000 – $78,000

Our industry-leading client are seeking a Senior Service Desk System Administrator to join their IT team in New Orleans, LA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT service management, network troubleshooting, and security operations.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in IT, information security, or service management.
- Strong understanding of network design, TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing.
- Experience with vulnerability assessments, incident response, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service desk best practices.
- Hands-on experience with computing systems, network technologies, and security tools.
