Position

Report to:
Head of PMO

We are looking for a Project Manager who specializes in software and systems integration projects. The role involves leading project meetings, coordinating resources and planning between internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress and status, and managing project risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing expectations with customers and ensuring Aizon's goals are met
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time
  • Develop project scopes and objectives
  • Manage Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progress
  • Perform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective)
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with clients
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Be proactive and propose platform improvements
  • Analyze and interpret customer needs, building solutions that fit requirements using product tools and algorithms
  • Detect future business opportunities for sales
  • Collaborate with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the platform and expand standard solutions
Qualifications
  • Must-have:
    Technical background, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, IT, Physics, Life Sciences) with experience in Life Sciences and industrial processes
  • Must-have:
    At least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Must-have:
    English, French, and other languages a plus
  • Must-have:
    Experience in software development companies focused on the pharma market
  • Must-have:
    Experience in managing and deploying enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences industry
  • Must-have:
    Expertise in Jira and Google Suite
  • Must-have:
    Knowledge of BI/ETL and Data Warehouse methodologies
  • Must-have:
    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Lean and deadline management
  • Must-have:
    Ability to work in a team and project-oriented environment
  • Must-have:
    Willingness to travel to visit clients
  • Must-have:
    Based in Barcelona or able to relocate to Barcelona without visa sponsorship
  • Must-have:
    Willingness to comply with regulations in highly regulated environments (ISO standards and GMP)
  • Nice to have:
    Functional knowledge of ERP, SCADA, LIMS, or MES
  • Nice to have:
    Understanding of AI and Deep Learning basics
  • Nice to have:
    Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts
  • Nice to have:
    Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and IIoT
  • Nice to have: PMP certification
