** Hy-Vee is seeking an

* ** Marketing Analyst
** to support data-driven decision-making across our Marketing organization. This role partners with Marketing, Loyalty, and Finance teams to analyze campaign performance, support forecasting and reporting, and help translate data into actionable insights.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career analyst who is passionate about analytics, consumer behavior, and continuous learning in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support marketing performance reporting, including campaign, channel, and loyalty metrics
* Assist with monthly forecasting and tracking of marketing spend and results
* Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards using Excel and data visualization tools
* Analyze trends and variances in marketing data to help identify performance drivers
* Support test-and-learn initiatives by assisting with data collection, analysis, and documentation
* Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Help translate data findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
* 0–2 years of experience in analytics, marketing, or data-focused roles (internships included)
* Ability to write or interpret basic SQL queries and understand fundamental concepts relevant to marketing performance analysis.
* Comfort working with data and learning new tools and methodologies
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Exposure to marketing, web, or customer analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, loyalty systems)
* Basic knowledge of SQL or statistical analysis concepts
