Description
Complete all scheduled production services in an accurate and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Update, maintain, and complete all required orders, records and forms in a timely manner.
- Deliver, install, operate, and retrieve all audio, video, lighting, rigging and other production equipment.
- Assist in the coordination and interfacing of outside vendor equipment.
- Assist clients and in-house personnel in the operation of equipment.
- Assist clients and in-house personnel in conducting virtual or hybrid meetings.
Professionally interface with clients and in-house personnel regarding technical requirements.
- Act as a supportive liaison to other departments, vendors and clients.
Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose and repair complex audio, A/V and lighting systems in order to minimize down time and improve responsiveness.
Monitor, secure and issue production equipment to MCCNO personnel and clients to allow for efficient work processes and successful events.
- Account for and ensure that equipment is returned undamaged to help maintain costs and aid in the comprehensive equipment management of the department.
- Perform routine walk- throughs of meeting rooms and conference areas to ensure the proper security of equipment.
Assist in the training and development of part-time personnel to accurately and efficiently perform departmental job duties building a share knowledge base.

- Individual must be willing to work at heights and use lifts.
- Ability to complete job duties with minimal supervision.
Other Qualifications
- Working knowledge of monitors, interfacing with laptop computer, and LCD projectors.
- Familiar with the set up/dismantling of fast fold screens, audio mixers, small audio systems and wireless microphones.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual must be willing to work at heights and use lifts.
