• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using various tools and methodologies
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL‑aligned procedures
• Collaborate with customers, onsite technicians, and internal teams to improve security posture
• Participate in scheduled customer calls to review incidents and provide proactive guidance

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting experience with endpoint management platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Broadcom/Symantec certifications strongly preferred
• Additional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP are a plus
• Experience with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
• Familiarity with networking technologies and protocols
• Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams
