Pay Info: Pay starts at $46 and increases according to years of applicable experience.
Microsoft 365 Expertise- Oversee the design, security, compliance and administration of the M365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and related services.
- Provide architectural guidance and lead integration efforts with third‑party solutions where required.
- Lead end‑to‑end technical integration of Microsoft 365 environments during mergers and acquisitions, including tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, licensing alignment, and security posture harmonization.
- Act as a key technical leader for the IT platform team, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures for M365 systems.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis for complex issues affecting M365.
- Prioritize and complete tickets according to impact on Sanford Health business functions. The position includes on‑call rotation and supporting critical MIM events.
The Principal Technology M365 Integration Advisor will serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert in designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. This role involves leading architectural design efforts, ensuring the security and scalability of the infrastructure, and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for infrastructure capacity planning, disaster recovery, system resiliency, and enterprise system roadmaps, aligning technical solutions with business strategy and executive expectations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required with fifteen years of information technology and infrastructure leadership and/or hands‑on experience. A Master’s degree with ten years experience is also considered.
