Job Description

Join GDIT and be a part of the team that solves the Navy's Personnel Modernization (Pers Mod) program. The program seeks a Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst to support Navy personnel systems in Millington, TN or New Orleans, LA.

The Pers Mod program delivers sailor self‑service and automation for high-volume routine transactions, enabling legacy system consolidation and interoperable capabilities across Navy systems. The Helpdesk Analyst will manage customer requests and provide solutions to system issues.

The Analyst will provide:
  • Software support for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS).
  • Customer assistance and problem resolution across diverse business areas.
  • Solutions to product or service‑related questions.
  • Responses to non‑routine customer calls, email, and web inquiries, serving as a single point of contact for problem resolution.
Basic Qualifications
  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years providing technical assistance and solutions in a technical call center or similar helpdesk position
  • Navy personnel systems experience desired; NSIPS software expertise highly desired
  • Secret clearance required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 – $34.50. Salary will be based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
