IT Support Technician Associate

• Provide empathetic, clear, and timely communication to end‑users
• Assist end‑users with basic troubleshooting steps and educate them on IT security best practices
• Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Handle user authentication issues, password resets, and access permissions
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions

• Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience and education
• Valid Driver's License (DL)
• Prior IT Support/Helpdesk work experience preferred
• Strong customer service and multi‑tasking experience
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced working environment

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
• Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non‑technical users
• Knowledge of IT security practices and software
• Experience with documentation and incident tracking systems
