Why Join Us? Disability Rights Louisiana (DRLA) is the state’s federally mandated Protection and Advocacy system, working to protect, empower, and advocate for the human and legal rights of people with disabilities and seniors. The IT Coordinator is a cornerstone of that mission, ensuring staff across the state have reliable, secure, and accessible technology to support effective legal advocacy.

If you are a mission‑driven IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and partnering with vendors to keep systems running smoothly, DRLA invites you to apply. The organization values diversity and strongly encourages individuals with lived experience, members of underrepresented groups, and bilingual candidates to apply.

This role provides hands‑on support for staff across DRLA offices, as well as remote and field‑based employees, ensuring systems run effectively to support DRLA’s statewide advocacy mission.
