. The Enterprise Systems Administrator III focuses on customer service and supports the applications and user community of Tulane University. This senior Operations team member interacts with customers, delivery, and operations teams, and determines support requirements for Tulane applications. Responsibilities include configuring and managing applications, installing software, monitoring systems, and resolving errors.

• Expert customer service and ability to manage customer relationships
• Troubleshoot customer issues and serve as a technical expert on service requests
• Able to assume a senior role in implementing new application features
• Lead vendor initiatives
• Manage the installation and patch lifecycle
• Provide tier three support and manage application roll‑outs
• Read, summarize, and communicate release notes
• Create and maintain system architecture and process flow diagrams
• Determine proper application of user roles and responsibilities
• Lead coordination with technical teams and release management
• Familiar with operating systems and system administration
• Comfortable using FTP, firewalls, and checking file permissions
• Organize and track work and time in an Agile format
• Analyze logs on the server and within the application

• Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline
• Bootcamp Certified
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer support and application management with a strong focus on operational processes, OR minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support, support for agile application processes, and business unit support

• Experience scripting in JavaScript, Python, or Power Shell
• Ability write SQL queries
• Experience with Agile project management practices
