Project Manager

Job Summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained, including reports, plans, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication among team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project changes, scope, and resource allocations effectively.
• Ensure quality standards are met and project deliverables align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct project post-mortems and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Support business development efforts by providing project insights and potential solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT projects and technical environments is a plus.

• Office environment with potential for remote work.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or project site visits.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet project deadlines.
