As part of its business expansion, Brink’s Cyprus is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle in Cyprus, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of frontline and support staff to meet operational needs. The role supports the business by sourcing, attracting, and selecting the right talent while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager Greece & Cyprus, and working closely with the Cyprus HRBP and operations team, the Specialist ensures alignment of recruitment activities with Brinks’ business objectives.

Supports the overall HR operation on Brink’s Cyprus by providing HR admin duties based on local priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews for open positions
  • Manage the company’s candidate database
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Post and manage job advertisements on career sites and social media
  • Prepare reports related to the recruitment process
  • Handle high-volume recruitment, mainly for guarding and cash services positions
  • Ensure an efficient and timely hiring process
  • Coordinate, manage, and support training programs
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives CSR
Qualifications
  • Diploma or University Degree will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role HR function
  • Good computer literacy
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and good command of English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
