Salary Range: $27.50 - $44.00
Pay Info: Pay starts at $27.50 and increases according to years of applicable experience.
Responsibilities- The Human Resources Technology Analyst will support the HR technology portfolio, including maintenance of existing applications and new projects, with primary focus on Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support IT, Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Strategic Partners (HRSPs), and HR Shared Services (HRSS) with new HR technology implementations.
- Plan, implement, and support new HR applications and integrations to meet changing enterprise needs.
- Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and testing.
- Review HR-related business processes and provide analyses to optimize principles governing HR activities.
- Recommend, implement, integrate, and manage changes to promote efficiency through HR systems.
- Define business requirements for assigned work with minimal cross-operational impact, and translate them to technical specifications.
- Demonstrate critical thinking to translate business needs into technical solutions; challenge assumptions and propose new approaches when appropriate.
- Build complex calculated fields and condition rules for use in business processes.
- Assess release features, support projects to adopt new functionality, and support testing efforts (e.g., regression testing).
- Collaborate with Change Management Specialists to provide HR technology content and guidance; support process owners in continuous improvement.
- Ensure data security, metadata alignment, and taxonomies; maintain proper access rights with IT.
- Facilitate and fulfill data requests in compliance with policies; resolve escalated HR technology cases per SLAs.
- Stay current with new HR technology trends and collaborate with teams to deliver changes for process improvement.
- Define HR reporting requirements with Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) Analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline;
Master’s degree preferred. - Three years of experience working with Cornerstone (LMS); experience implementing and supporting these systems in HR and learning management is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with end users at all levels to gather business requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and complex tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and confidential information; collaborate as a team member; escalate technology issues when needed.
- Objective and collaborative approach under pressure.
