Position: Premium Staffing Coordinator
Location: New Orleans

Premium Staffing Coordinator – Legends Global

The Premium Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events and supports all other staffing‑related functions. The coordinator works with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Working with human resources and operations managers to coordinate and schedule new hire orientation and retraining classes.
  • Maintaining training logs.
  • Partnering with operators to determine staffing levels during events.
  • Developing and executing detailed suite assignment matrices and schedules staff.
  • Providing critical on‑site support during events and real‑time deployment changes.
  • Answering phones.
  • Interacting with staff and resolving staffing‑related issues.
  • Partnering with other managers as necessary.
  • Assisting with and further developing event‑day employee check‑in processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures through collaboration with management.
  • Working with Staffing Office personnel and operations teams to meet all event staffing levels.
  • Reconciling premium suite gratuities and tips to close events.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
