Starts at $12.00/hr full‑time position at The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC).

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire full‑time Guest Room Attendants / Housekeepers for a luxury hotel/casino. The role involves cleaning, maintaining guest rooms, and providing excellent customer service.

8:00am - 4pm (actual schedule may vary).

• Frontline service:
  Arrive for shift energized, ready to work efficiently with minimal physical effort.
• Report room discrepancies and maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Replace room amenities, literature, and other items as directed and per brand standards.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, requests for service, and special requests from guests.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions; use chemicals and equipment properly; wear gloves; follow key control policies.
• Maintain dependability: consistently on time; meet holiday and weekend work demands.

• 21 years old or older.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and perform general cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift.
• Customer service skills.
• Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Positive, can‑do attitude, fast, efficient, self‑motivated.
• Honesty, respect for privacy and property.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
