General Utility Worker - Tulane University Campus – Residential Dining – Full Time

We need a self‑motivated, safety‑focused team member timely to maintain cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the kitchen environment. This entry‑level role offers a solid foundation for future career growth within a fast‑paced dining setting.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, including the three‑compartment sink and surrounding areas, in a clean condition.
• Verify that equipment is clean, operational, and report any issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food‑safety and sanitation practices.
• Ensure security of company assets.

• Understand basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing, and may require personal protective equipment (PPE) or uniforms.

Availability requirement: open between 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
