• Clean designated areas, including restrooms, public spaces, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of linens, washing floors, removing trash, insects, debris, and ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves).
• Assist in delivering guest requests and, when needed, in cleaning guest rooms.
