JOB SUMMARY:

Special Events and Promotions Associates assist with the execution of events and giveaways that create memorable service experiences for guests who are part of the Caesars Rewards loyalty program. This includes setup, breakdown of all required props and supplies for each event, and assisting guests at kiosks to activate their offers. The position requires a flexible schedule based on the business demands of the events calendar.

• Provides excellent guest service.
• Executes promotions inside casino and assists patrons participating in promotions.
• Creates an atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests.
• Assists with the execution of invitational events and promotions.
• Adapts quickly to rapidly changing business levels and values the differences of others.
• Ensures promotion/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies and decorations, and secures items at the conclusion of the promotion/event.
• Ensures collateral material for promotions and events are displayed and recovered as required.
• Tracks inventories and expenses for each assigned project.
• Maintains record keeping for each project including tracking reports and analysis.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and willingness to assist guests.
• Seeks ways to improve friendly and helpful service and reduce guests waiting time to positively impact guest service ratings.
• Ensures integrity and confidentiality of all guest data.
• Complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Delivers and picks up promotional items when necessary.
• Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Caesars.
• Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Licensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor.
• Performs all other job-related duties as requested.

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in hospitality, events, retail or casino industry preferred.
• Well-groomed and outgoing personality required.
• Proficient in Excel and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule to work scheduled events on weekends and holidays, any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Thrives when working with a team.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items when necessary.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer, adding machine, photocopy machine, fax machine, and telephone.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, including Pit areas.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast-paced environment.
