• A Banquet Junior Sous Chef leads, oversees and coordinates culinary staff to prepare, cook and present food according to standard recipes, while delivering outstanding service and financial profitability.
• Assist with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver exceptional guest service and financial profitability.
