What You’ll Do:
  • Lead all aspects of fine dining operations with a strong focus on service excellence
  • Ensure seamless transitions between regular service and buyouts
  • Oversee front- and back-of-house collaboration to ensure flawless execution
  • Set and uphold elevated service standards and guest expectations
  • Build, train, and mentor a hospitality-forward leadership team
  • Drive financial performance through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Maintain an exceptional dining atmosphere from arrival to departure
  • Uphold brand standards, safety, and compliance
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and pride
What You’ll Bring :
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in fine dining or upscale casual concepts
  • Strong understanding of high-touch service and guest engagement
  • Proven ability to lead polished, professional service teams
  • Financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost controls
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills
  • Experience with POS and restaurant management systems
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for hospitality, leadership, and team development
