Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic Front Office Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Your JobAre you excited about delivering the best experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Front Desk Receptionist is the welcoming face of the front desk. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Front Desk Receptionist’s to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you bring- Knowledge of OPERA required
- Minimum two years’ experience working in luxury Hospitality or Customer Service required
- Ability to multi-task on several tasks at once
- Work authorization in the United States required

• This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work morning, evening and night shifts, as well as holidays and weekends. This role may also potentially work overnights.
