- Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery
- Lead and support team members through coaching, training, and daily guidance
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor room assignments, special requests, and VIP accommodations for accuracy
- Maintain compliance with cash handling, billing, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for seamless guest experiences

Qualifications- Previous hotel experience required
- Supervisory experience in a mid-size full-service hotel preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development
