** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors
* Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, with vendors to discuss and determine which will in the facility inside and outside maintenance personnel
* Train housekeeping staff as well as gain up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.
* Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness inside and outside
* Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event
* Able to function as a manager when needed
* Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary
* Enforce all policies and procedures
* All other duties as assigned
** Qualifications

* Must successfully pass a criminal background check
* Must have knowledge of staffing requirements
* Strong communication and organizational skills for planning coverage around events required
* Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
* Knowledge of management principles and procedures as relates to personnel deployment and utilization
* Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
** Education and/or Experience
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience
* Supervisory experience preferred
