• Maintain provider relations to support customer service activities through data integrity management
• Manage health plan data including demographics, rates, and contract intent
• Oversee provider audits, credentialing, and contract management systems
• Execute processes for intake and manage provider-perceived service failures
• Gather provider claims data necessary for service operations

• 2 or more years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, and sorting
• 1 or more years of experience with in-person or telephonic customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity management skills

• Experience with providers, payors, and healthcare facilities
• Familiarity with healthcare claims processing
• Prior contract interpretation experience
• Provider credentialing experience
• Intermediate experience with Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup
