Senior Living Administrator
Position Summary

The Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and performance of assigned elder care facilities. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and effective staff leadership while fostering a positive and resident-centered environment. The Administrator serves as a key leader within the organization and as a representative to residents, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee resident care, safety, and quality of life

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Hire, develop, and manage leadership and staff teams

Develop and manage budgets; ensure fiscal responsibility

Make admission decisions based on care needs and financial analysis

Serve as the primary representative to families, community partners, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field

Minimum of two (2) years of administrator experience in elder care or similar setting

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salaried, exempt position with on-call responsibilities

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Primarily indoor work environment with occasional travel
