This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Madisonville, LA. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance quality of life. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and provide education to patients and families to support long-term recovery and well-being.

• Demonstrated expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
• Experience with Medicine and Home Care practices
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to create and execute individualized care plans based on patient evaluations
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in therapeutic settings such as skilled nursing, outpatient, or long-term care is a plus
