Nurses Direct is looking for skilled and empathetic Clinical Social Workers to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services, case management, and advocacy for patients in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. This role is essential in promoting the mental and emotional well-being of our patients while supporting them in achieving their treatment goals.

• Provide therapeutic services for patients in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Conduct case management and advocacy to support patient treatment goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent, as required by state law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health disorders and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
