Please note:
This role is a temporary, full time (target 40 hours) engagement for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential for contract extensions and permanent employment opportunities. Previous Research or Clinical and Medical experience is not required.
Del Richt is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! - Work directly with our clinical staff members to handle and process data for clinical research trials
- Accurately and efficiently package patient charting and review your own work for accuracy and quality.
- General data collection for patient visits including patient questionnaires and entering data into multiple online systems
- Communicate effectively with the study team on charting and patient data.
- Be self motivated! Energetic! Positive!
- Focus on providing exceptional patient care and customer service
- Make sure client satisfaction is a primary focus and that the client is able to achieve and exceed their goals
- Basic computer skills as all of our systems are online
- Manage multiple tasks and clinical trials efficiently
- Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success

- B.S or B.A from any accredited university preferred
- Healthcare exposure preferred
- Previous Research or Clinical experience is not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do, coachable attitude with demonstrated willingness to learn are more important than experience to us
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
