Located in a welcoming neighborhood known for its family-friendly vibe and focus on wellness, this clinic attracts clients ranging from active parents to busy professionals seeking proactive care. • Clinical Growth Opportunities: Participate in structured mentorship programs, clinical workshops, and our Leadership In Training (LIT) and Evolve personal development programs
• Front of House Support: Focus on your clients while our dedicated front desk team handles bookings, client inquiries, and administrative needs
• Laundry Services: Save time with professional laundry services provided on-site
• Marketing Support: Benefit from strategic marketing initiatives to grow your client base and elevate your professional brand
• 1:1 Care and Manageable Caseloads: Provide personalized care with an average of fewer than 8 clients per day as you build your practice (we aim to achieve this within your first year!)
• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside passionate clinicians and participate in team events, workshops, and recharges

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s needs
• Use clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans that help clients achieve their goals
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education
• Collaborate with local referral sources to grow your caseload
• Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to identify growth opportunities and achieve your professional goals

• Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
• Insured with appropriate liability coverage
• Passionate about delivering client-centered care, including proactive follow-ups and flexible scheduling
• An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians
• Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly
• Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviors such as: excitement to mentor students, participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
• A strong communicator and understand the importance of a positive client experience
