Education

Required

• Excellent and fluent verbal and written communications in both English and the required language
• Knowledge and ability to communicate medical terminology in both English and the required language
• Interpersonal skills necessary in order to establish and maintain professional and cooperative relations with internal and external customers
• Self-directed including the ability to work independently and make sound judgments in order to resolve problems and concerns in a timely manner

Job Duties

• Provide accurate verbal and written interpretation/translation services for patients, family members, staff and others.
• Provides excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Assist patients throughout their visit from arrival to departure.
