Position OverviewThe CEO will oversee all aspects of the hospital’s operations, including services, departments, budget, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, managing resources, ensuring quality care, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in acute care or psychiatric settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of third-party payer requirements and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency with PC computers and understanding of medical/psychiatric diagnoses
- Ability to relocate or be on-site M-F
- Effective verbal and organizational skills
- Analytical problem-solving
