Join our team at Drybar Uptown New Orleans as a Hair Stylist and be part of a vibrant salon environment dedicated to providing exceptional blowout and hairstyling services. Drybar Uptown New Orleans is looking for amazing hairstylists to help members and guests feel beautiful! Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it, for us that’s blowouts!

Duties
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating hairstyles with round brush, blowdryer and hot tools.
  • Offer retail products to clients and demonstrate proficiency in upselling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station while ensuring compliance with salon standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon atmosphere.
  • Assist with shop operations including but not limited to cleaning as needed, sanitation of brushes and hairstyling implements according to state board regulations.
    • Qualifications
  • Valid cosmetology for state of Louisiana license required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent hair styling and finishing skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Motivated individual with a passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and mandatory Sunday shift rotations.
