• Bachelor's degree in logistics, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA) in logistics, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong experience in strategy deployment and long-term target setting.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, production, quality, maintenance, and people support.

• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and drive value creation.
• Analyze budget and forecast data to support decision-making.
• Optimize internal processes across departments to enhance efficiency.
• Lead automation initiatives within finance and procurement functions.
• Align site operations with global finance strategies.
