Overview
TS Banking Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) and Treasury functions by facilitating interest rate risk, liquidity, and capital modeling. The analyst will primarily be responsible for financial reporting of interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and investment risk, and may perform other duties that assist ALCO and bank-wide analytics.

Pay
: $50,000 – $62,000 per year
- Perform interest rate risk analysis (EaR and VaR) and stress testing on TSBG balance sheets.
- Perform cash flow, liquidity, and capital analysis and stress testing on TSBG balance sheets.
- Perform reconciliation and analysis of financial data.
- Extract data from financial reporting databases for input into risk models and assist in running risk models.
- Analyze balance sheet risk dynamics such as concentration levels, credit risk trends, and performance indicators.
- Prepare forms, reports, correspondence, and memoranda.
- Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively read, interpret, and write routine reports. Present information and respond to questions from employees and the general public. Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Operate office equipment (telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine) and maintain working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge is beneficial.
- Maintain reliable transportation to travel to and from work and other work-related events, meetings, and client interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred education and experience:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a major in Accounting, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or another closely related discipline.
- Experience or coursework in interest rate risk analysis and financial modeling is desirable.
