Join our globally integrated team of indirect tax professionals and combine your technical knowledge with industry understanding to identify risks and sustainable planning opportunities for clients. You’ll help us provide effective processes, improve day‑to‑day reporting, reduce attribution errors and costs, and ensure indirect taxes are handled correctly.

• Engage in client consultations and challenge the unclaimed property and escheat approach for optimal effectiveness.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and team; coach junior members.
• Apply extensive knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements.
• Work collaboratively, listening to and sharing information with colleagues.

• Provide timely, responsive services to support client satisfaction.
• Stay informed of current technical developments and apply knowledge to client situations.
• Analyze information thoroughly and accurately; prepare quality, practical approaches and appropriate conclusions.
• Demonstrate understanding of complex unclaimed property concepts.
• Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience.
• CPA certification, member of the US Bar, or professional designation from IPT.
• Technical expertise in compliance, audit defense, and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services.
• Performance and process advisory experience related to unclaimed property compliance.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed; able to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience in a professional services environment.

Ability to manage multiple challenging tax engagements and contribute innovative planning ideas. Build strong relationships across existing and future clients, providing insight, operational efficiencies, and deep business understanding.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including base salary ranging from $105,100 to $192,600, with higher ranges in New York, Washington, and California.
